- Ground beef500 g
- Seasonings to taste
- Onion and garlic to taste
- Tomato sauce2 tablespoon
- Water100 ml
- Potato500 g
- Butter3 tablespoon
- Milk150 ml
- grated cheese1 unit(s)
- In an already heated pan, fry the ground beef, after seasoning it with onion, garlic and seasonings of your choice.
- Add the tomato sauce and water and let it cook for 15 minutes and set aside.
- In another pan, cook the potatoes until soft.
- After the potato is cooked, mash it until it becomes a paste.
- In a pan add the mashed potato, butter and milk and stir well. Enjoy and check if you need to adjust the salt and set aside.
- On a platter, make layers. The first of mashed, in the middle the ground meat and on top of the mashed again
- Finally add the grated cheese, and oven for another 15 minutes. And it will be ready!
