- Japanese pumpkin puree (capotiá)1 cup
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Rice flour or other2 tablespoon
- Shredded Coconut3 tablespoon
- Natural yogurt1 tablespoon
- Xylitol or other sweetener3 tablespoon
- Yeast1 teaspoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Mix everything very well with a fork. The yeast last.
- Place in a greased cake tin. Bake for around 30 minutes in the preheated oven or until golden. (If you want you can bake it in the microwave too).
