- Yeast1 dessert spoon

- Cooked and shredded chicken200 g
- Chopped tomato2 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Mozzarella cheese to cover the to taste
- Mix the dough ingredients in a bowl or in a blender and add the yeast last.
- For the stuffing, sauté the chicken with the onion, tomato, herbs. Add the rest of the ingredients and set aside.
- For assembly, place half of the dough, the stuffing and the other half of the dough in a greased shape. Cover with the mozzarella cheese
- Bake at 180 C for 50 minutes.
