- Flaked corn2 cup
- Milk1.1/2 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- grated coconut1/2 unit(s)
- Cheese to taste
- Salt to taste
- Sugar1 cup
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Oil3/4 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- In a blender add the sugar, oil and eggs and let it beat for two minutes until it forms a creamy cream. Then add the milk, cheese and coconut and hit the blender for another 2 minutes. Add the wheat flour and the flake (flaked corn) and a pinch of salt and beat again. Finally add the royal powder (chemical yeast) and with a spatula spread it all over the dough. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 230 degrees.
