- Ricotta Cream250 g
- Fruits to taste1 to taste
- Place a sachet of unflavored gelatin in a pot and hydrate then blend with the other ingredients in the blender.
- Take it to the fridge and leave it for .4 hours in a removable rim shape.
- Remove and decorate with fruit to taste.
- Make another sachet of unflavored gelatin with half the oriented water, add the same amount of water used in the passion fruit pulp gelatin and 1 spoon of culinary sweetener.
- Ready.
