Unflavored gelatin sachet2 unit(s)
Sweet condensed milk1 unit(s)
Ricotta Cream250 g
Fruits to taste1 to taste

Place a sachet of unflavored gelatin in a pot and hydrate then blend with the other ingredients in the blender.
Take it to the fridge and leave it for .4 hours in a removable rim shape.
Remove and decorate with fruit to taste.
Make another sachet of unflavored gelatin with half the oriented water, add the same amount of water used in the passion fruit pulp gelatin and 1 spoon of culinary sweetener.
Ready.
