- Margarine (room temperature)3 tablespoon
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Milk (room temperature)1/4 cup

- Syrup: In a 30 cm diameter frying pan, put 1 cup of sugar and 1/4 of water, stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Turn on the fire and let the syrup boil and thicken. The point is when you take it with the spoon and form a thread and it doesn't drip. Put slices of bananas or apple and set aside
- Let's go mass. In the mixer, put the eggs, the margarine and a cup of sugar, beat until it becomes a cream.
- Then alternate the milk and wheat, always beating.
- Finally put the yeast, and stir slowly to incorporate.
- Put the dough in the skillet where the syrup with the bananas is.
- Light the flame of the fire very low, as low as possible, put the frying pan and cover. The baking process takes 10 to 15 minutes.
- Insert a toothpick to see if it's baked properly. Let it cool to unmold. And just taste.
