  • Wheat flour1 cup
  • Egg3 unit(s)
  • Soybean oil1 tablespoon
  • Yeast1 dessert spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Herbs to taste
  • Ham, mozzarella cheese and cheese300 g
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  1. Whisk all the ingredients in the blender except the chosen filling, which can be ham and cheese, calabrese sausage, or another of your choice.
  2. Heat a medium skillet with a drizzle of oil to prevent sticking and fill with half the batter.
  3. Pour in the filling of your choice. I recommend having another skillet of similar size to turn the dough.
  4. Cook over low heat until golden. After that, turn the dough to the other skillet.
  5. Make sure it's cooked inside. Once both sides are done, turn off the heat, remove from the skillet and place on a plate. Serve!
