- Wheat flour2 cup
- Cold butter150 g
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Cold water3 tablespoon
- Leek2 cup
- Bacon100 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
- Mix the flour, cold butter without cubes and salt
- Gradually add the ice water until you get the point. It can be 3 to 5 tablespoons of ice water
- Place the dough in the fridge to rest while you prepare the filling.
- For the stuffing: fry the bacon then add the leek.
- Apart, lightly beat 3 eggs, increasing cream and salt to taste, grated Parmesan cheese.
- Mix the bacon and fried leek with the egg mixture.
- Bake the dough open for 15 min
- Put the stuffing after the dough is already baked and put it in the oven again for 10 minutes to brown.
