- whole wheat flour1 cup
- olive oil4 tablespoon
- ice water1/2 cup
- cumin to taste
- pepper to taste
- mixed herbs to taste
- salt to taste
- eggs2 unit(s)
- ricotta cream4 tablespoon
- leek1 unit(s)
- fresh Minas cheese (grated)100 g
- mozzarella (grated)100 g
- lemon (drops)1/4 unit(s)
- Mix the ingredients (except the water, add it little by little! Assess the consistency of the dough) solve and reserve (I put it in the fridge while I prepared other things for about 30 minutes, wrapped in cling film).
- Then open the dough and line the roast, you don't need to grease the roast (I used a false bottom roast), then take the dough to the preheated oven at 200° for about 10 minutes. YES, ONLY THE DOUGH IN THE OVEN! Remove from the oven and add the filling. Return to the oven for another 30 minutes on average (or until golden)
- Filling: Mix all the ingredients 2 eggs; 4 tablespoons of ricotta cream; Leek to taste (I used 1, clean it correctly); Minas cheese and mozzarella cheese); lemon drops
