- Soybean or Canola Oil1 cup
- Sea Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Soybean Extract11/5 cup

- Boiled Cassava1/2 cup
- Garlic Poro2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Pasta: Mix the flour, wheat germ, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 cup oil and 1/2 cup water. Stir until all ingredients are added.
- Stretch the dough and line a removable base form for pie, or quiche molds. (Reserve)
- Filling: Place 1 cup of water, salt to taste, 1/2 cup of oil, soy extract, and garlic clove in a blender. Blend for 1 minute, and then slowly add the hot manioc. The cream must have the cream cheese point.
- Transfer the cream to a bowl, and add the leek. Place the filling (this cream) on top of the pie and bake over medium heat for 30 to 40 minutes.
