- Bacon1 cup
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Butter4 tablespoon
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Salt to taste
- Feement1 tablespoon
- Garlic2 teaspoon
- Parmesan cheese1/2 tablespoon
- Lightly beaten eggs3 unit(s)
- In a bowl, prepare the dough. Put the wheat flour, butter, ½ can of cream, salt, yeast and knead well. Let it rest in the fridge for about 20 minutes. Then, line the bottom and sides in a form with a removable bottom with the dough. Bake for about 20 minutes in an oven at 180°C.
- Meanwhile, prepare the filling. In a pan, fry the bacon, without oil or in a drizzle of oil, if you prefer. Add the garlic and let it sauté a little. Turn off the heat and add the other ingredients: the eggs, the other half of the can of cream, the grated Parmesan and salt to taste. Mix well. Then put all the stuffing on the dough and put it in the oven again for about 30 minutes to brown.
