- Cheesecake Romeo & Juliet ♥️ (Without gluten) To make this delight we will need: Ingredients ✨ Pasta 2 and ½ cups (tea) of Urban Rice Flour 1 tablespoon demerara sugar 4 tablespoons cold water 150 g of butter 2 eggs 1 pinch of salt ✨ Stuffing 4 tablespoons of Urban Rice Flour ½ cup demerara sugar (tea) 500 g of mashed ricotta 2 tablespoons skimmed (or lactose-free) milk 4 eggs ✨Coverage 150 g guava smudge Water 🔻 Preparation mode In a bowl, mix all the dough ingredients and knead well. Cover a shape with the dough. Then beat the stuffing ingredients until you turn into a cream and pour over the pasta. Light to bake in preheated medium oven to 200 degrees, until it's golden. Afterwards, cook the guava paste with a little water until it melts and forms a thick syrup. If necessary, add a little more water.
