- Wheat Flour1 cup
- Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Egg Yolks2 unit(s)
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Ricotta150 g
- Sliced Champignons180 g
- Cherry Tomatoes10 unit(s)
- Diced Onion1 unit(s)
- Green Smell3 tablespoon
- Black Pepper, Chimichurri and Salt to taste
- Sour Cream1 can(s)
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
- Gorgonzola Cheese50 g
- In a container, mix the wheat flour, parmesan, eggs, salt, butter and mix well until the dough forms; Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Put it in a shape and press well spreading the dough.
- In a bowl, place the ricotta, the sliced mushrooms, the chopped onion, the tomatoes cut in half, the green smell, the seasonings and salt to taste. Mix well. Place the filling on top of the dough.
- In a container, mix the cream, the egg, the Parmesan cheese, mix well. Add the topping mixture on top of the stuffing and finally the gorgonzola cheese, put everything in the oven at 180ºC for approximately 30 minutes.
