- Almond flour1 cup
- Peanut Butter4 tablespoon
- Vegan Whey Protein Vanilla Flavor (Muke)4 tablespoon
- Green Grapes to taste
- Peel the bananas and mash well with a fork until creamy.
- Add the almond flour and mix well until you get the point that you can make balls (add more almond flour if necessary)
- With your hands or a spoon, flatten the balls into tartlets with the highest edges and the deepest middle.
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or grease it with a little butter and almond flour.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Wait for it to cool and unmold
- Make the filling by mixing the peanut butter with whey protein
- Put the filling in the tartlets and decorate with the green grapes.
