- Natural seasonings (dehydrated green smell, oregano black pepper) to taste
- Natural seasonings (turmeric, sweet paprika, chimi-churi, dehydrated garlic) to taste

- Biomass: cook the bananas in the pressure cooker and then mash them. Store in the fridge for about 1 hour. Then mix it with the flour until it forms a homogeneous mass. Shape the dough around and at the bottom of a round shape and set aside.
- Stuffing: Mash the ricotta, grate the cheese and the carrot, and cut the leek and set aside. Season the ricotta with the seasonings and mix with half the parmesan. Mix these ingredients with the other components of the filling (leek, egg, oil, milk, salt)
- Place the stuffing ingredients in the form with the dough and sprinkle the rest of the grated Parmesan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 to 40 minutes.
