- Tapioca Flour3 tablespoon
- Grated Cheese1 tablespoon
- Mozzarella slices3 unit(s)
- Mix the carrots, eggs, salt, the seasonings until the ingredients are well distributed; - Then add the milk, tapioca and grated cheese and mix again; - Heat the non-stick frying pan and place a layer of the mixture, when it is firm, place the slices of mozzarella and cover with another layer of the mixture. - When it's firm in the skillet, turn and pass the other side until it's golden too.
