- Boiled Jackfruit400 kg
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Chopped small pepper1 unit(s)
- Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- Pitted Olives200 g
- Tomato Extract100 g
- chopped parsley to taste
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Wheat flour200 kg
- Butter3 tablespoon
- In a pan, brown the garlic and onion. Add the tomato and add the jackfruit and pepper and sauté. Add the tomato extract, the olives, add the salt and pepper and let it cook for 5 minutes without a lid. Turn off, add the parsley and cover.
- For the dough, in a bowl, combine the flour and butter. Until you have a firm dough.
- To assemble: Cover the bottom of a tray with the dough. Spread the filling and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Finally, sprinkle parsley on top and serve.
