- Mozzarella200 g
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Milk2 cup
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Seasonings0 to taste
- Disassemble the sausages until they are well crumbled and fry. Let cool. Add the cauliflower and leek and season to taste. Add the diced onion, the cold sausage and the green smell. Reserve.
- Beat the milk, eggs and margarine in a blender. Transfer the mixture to a container and add the flour and seasoning. Mix well until smooth. Then add the yeast. Pour the filling over the dough, cover with grated mozzarella and sprinkle with oregano. I used cherry tomatoes to garnish. (Oregano and tomato are optional) Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
