- Wheat flour2 cup
- Cold unsalted butter200 g
- Cold water4 tablespoon
- Salt1 to taste
- Sour cream2 can(s)
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Leek1 unit(s)
- Grana Padano100 g
- Nutmeg1 to taste
- Portion the wheat flour
- Cut the cold butter into cubes and add to the flour, gradually incorporating it with your hands.
- Throw a pinch of salt and add the spoons of water
- Pre heat the oven to 180°
- Shape the dough into a medium shape and remove the excess at the ends.
- Make small holes in the dough
- Pre-bake for 15 minutes, set aside
- Clean the leek, chop and sauté in a frying pan with oil and salt.
- Crack the eggs and beat them with two cans of cream, grate the cheese
- Add the leek and cheese to the cream, season the mixture with salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste
- Pour the filling into the dough and bake for 30 minutes.
- The quiche should be golden on top and creamy inside.
