- Sauté the leek in olive oil, pepper, olives, parsley and salt. Reserve
- In a bowl beat 3 eggs with fue, add the flour, margarine and salt to taste. Knead the dough well until it's soft, open in the shape of your preference (I used removable)
- Pour the filling into the dough. Vibrations sour cream and cheese. Place in the oven for 30 minutes.
