- Recipe
- Wheat flour3 cup
- Butter at room temperature1 cup
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Water2 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Leek100 g
- Large eggs2 unit(s)
- Sour cream2 cup
- Bacon finely chopped2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese to taste
- Cherry tomato for garnish to taste
- Sift the flour into a bowl and make a small hole in the center.
- Add the butter, salt and water
- Mix with your hands until the dough is homogeneous.
- Cover with plastic wrap and keep in the fridge
- Heat the oil and add the bacon then add the leek and set aside.
- In a bowl beat the eggs, add the cream, salt and pepper and the cheese. Add the leek and bacon to the mixture
- Line the bottom and sides of a form with a removable bottom with the dough.
- Pour the filling over the dough
- Bake in the oven at medium temperature for approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
- Unmold and serve
