- Wheat Flour300 g
- Unsalted butter100 kg
- Eggs1 unit(s)
- Water400 ml
- Eggs (topping)3 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Unsalted butter1 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Leek100 g
- Heart of palm300 g
- Peeled Seedless Tomato1 unit(s)
- Parmesan cheese100 g
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and knead.
- Then wrap it in cling film and put it in the fridge to rest for 15 minutes.
- With the help of a rolling pin, open the dough, mold it into a removable bottom shape and take it to the preheated medium oven for 10 minutes or until the dough is lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and set aside.
- (Filling) Cream In a pan, briefly sauté the onion and leek in butter.
- Then, stuff the dough with the following ingredients: sautéed leeks and onions, hearts of palm and tomatoes.
- Cover with the cream, spread the Parmesan cheese and take it to the oven for another 20 minutes to finish.
- Serve immediately.
