- sugar1.1/2 cup
- butter3 tablespoon
- Lemon juice1 unit(s)
- lemon zest1 tablespoon
- milk1 cup
- wheat flour3.1/2 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Lemon zest for garnish to taste
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Lemon juice2 unit(s)
- In a mixer, in a bowl, beat the egg whites. Reserve
- Still in the mixer, in another bowl, beat the yolks, sugar and butter until you form a light cream.
- Mix the juice and zest and alternate the milk and flour until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- Add the yeast and the snow whites and mix with a spoon.
- Transfer to a greased and floured form with a hole in the middle of 24 cm in diameter and take it to the medium oven, preheated, for 30 minutes or until golden.
- Let cool and unmold.
- Mix the icing ingredients: 1 lara of condensed milk and the juice of two lemons and spread over the cake.
- Garnish with lemon zest and serve.
