- Lemon zest to taste
- In the mixer, beat the finished dough, milk, eggs, gelatin and butter. Beat for 3 min and reserve the dough.
- In a pan put the cream, butter, condensed milk and the lemon juice. Always stirring on low heat until it boils.
- In a greased shape put the beaten dough and take it to the preheated oven 180 degrees for 30 to 40 min.
- Unmold the cake and place on a plate. Sprinkle the filling all over the cake. Decorate with lemon zest. Just delight yourself 😋😋😋😋😋
