- Cream cheese500 g
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Lemon zest and juice3 unit(s)
- Grind the cookies with the butter until they form a wet crumb.
- In a shape with a removable bottom, arrange the cookie dough with your hands until it forms a mold of its own shape.
- Make holes in the dough and bake for 10 minutes in medium oven.
- For the filling, in a mixer, beat the cream cheese, condensed milk, lemon zest and juice, beat everything until it is aerated.
- Pour the mixture into the cooled cookie dough and put it in the fridge for 4 hours.
- Garnish with lemon zest, unmold and serve.
