- Sugar to taste
- Milk1/2 cup
- 1 sachet Lemon Jelly25 g
- In a bowl, beat the butter, sugar and egg. Add wheat flour and milk.
- When the dough is ready, add the gelatin and mix until it turns green.
- After that, pour it into a greased shape and take it to the preheated oven at 180° for 35 minutes.
- FOR TOPPING MAKE A LEMON MOUSSE: 1 box of condensed milk, 1 box of heavy cream and juice from two lemons THE STEP BY STEP OF THIS MOUSSE IS HERE ON MY PAGE.
