- Cornstarch Biscuit (package)1 unit(s)
- Margarine6 tablespoon
- Lemon juice3 unit(s)
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream2 can(s)
- In a blender, crush the whole package of cornstarch biscuit.
- In a form with removable bottom, add the cookie flour. Melt the 6 tablespoons of butter and add to the cookie flour. Spread evenly on both sides and bottom.
- Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
- While it bakes, prepare the filling… In a blender add condensed milk, cream and lemon juice. Beat until it becomes a mousse.
- With the baked cookie flour, add the filling and gently remove the bottom. Place in the fridge and serve after 2 hours.
- *Decorate as you like.
