- Dough: Maizena Biscuit200 g
- Melted Butter120 g
- Filling: Condensed Milk1 can(s)
- Sour Cream1 can(s)
- Lemon Juice3 unit(s)
- Pre-heat the oven at 180 °. In a food processor or blender, process the biscuits until it becomes a flour. Add the butter and mix well. In a false bottom pan (24 cm), press the dough into the bottom and sides. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes or until golden. After that time, remove from the oven and set aside. Mix the cream and condensed milk with a fouet. Add the lemon juice little by little. Go mixing and experimenting. Pour the cream over the dough and refrigerate until serving time. Decorate with lemon zest and serve.
