- cream400 ml
- Tahiti Lemon4 unit(s)
- Crush the cookie.
- Mix the cold butter in small pieces and mix with your hands until it forms a moldable crumb.
- Line the shape with the dough, pressing the bottom and sides so that it fills all the spaces.
- Place in the freezer for 5 minutes to set the butter.
- After 5 minutes, remove from the freezer and place in the oven for 10 minutes. Reserve.
- In the blender, beat the rest of the ingredients using, from the lemon, the juice and zest of the peel.
- After the dough has cooled, pour the cream and take it to the fridge for at least 3 hours.
- Serve topped with lemon zest or icing sugar.
