- Wheat flour2 cup
- Butter4 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour Cream1 can(s)
- Lemon Juice2 unit(s)
- Lemon zest for garnish1 unit(s)
- ROTTEN PASTA In a bowl, sift the flour, make a well in the center and add the butter. Mix them with your fingertips, until the dough completely releases from your hands. Roll out the dough, line a removable bottom shape (24 cm in diameter), pierce the bottom with a fork and bake in a preheated medium-high oven (200°C) for about 20 minutes. Reserve.
- FILLING In a blender, beat the cream, condensed milk and lemon juice. Fill the already baked dough and take it to the fridge for about 30 minutes, to firm the filling. Finally, sprinkle the lemon zest on top.
