- 1 packet of cornstarch biscuits1 unit(s)
- 4 tablespoons of margarine4 tablespoon
- For the filling1 unit(s)
- 1 can of condensed milk1 unit(s)
- 1 box of sour cream1 unit(s)
- Juice of 2 lemons2 unit(s)
- Lemon zest to taste1 to taste
- Dough Preparation Method 1. Beat the cornstarch cookies in a blender or food processor until fine flour. 2. In a bowl, mix the cookie flour with the margarine, with your fingertips, until you get a homogeneous mass. 3. Line the bottom and side of a removable background pan with the dough. 4. Bake in a preheated medium oven for 10 to 15 minutes. 5. Remove from the oven and wait for it to cool.
- Stuffing Preparation Method 1. In the blender, beat the condensed milk, the cream and the lemon juice, until obtaining a homogeneous mixture. 2. Place over the cooled cookie dough and decorate with lemon zest to taste. 3. Take it to the fridge for about 4 hours. 4. Serve chilled.
