- Margarine500 g
- Eggs5 unit(s)
- Sugar300 g
- condensed milk7 can(s)
- Lemon Juice10 cup
- whipped cream500 ml
- Mix in the flour, the 5 eggs, the margarine and the sugar, stir everything until it forms a dough. The dough is ready: put it in the mold and bake it! Filling: mix the lemon and condensed milk until you get a mousse
- After baking the dough, unmold it and fill it with the lemon mousse. Finish with whipped cream and lemon zest. Or according to your taste! Take it to the fridge and enjoy.
