- Coconut milk1 cup
- Xylitol Sweetener2 tablespoon
- Almond flour1 cup
- Coconut Flour1 cup
- Coconut oil1/2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- 80% unsweetened cocoa chocolate (bar)2 unit(s)
- Blend the carrot, xylitol, coconut milk and oil in a blender until a thick cream is obtained.
- Then gradually add the almond flour, coconut flour and baking powder.
- Place in a greased shape with coconut oil and take it to a preheated oven at 200° for 25 minutes on average or until bake.
- For the frosting, place the 80% cocoa zero sugar chocolate to melt in the microwave and place it on top of the cake, wait to cool and serve.
