- ground beef (I used duckling)500 g

- Garlic Powder. to taste
- Onion powder (I used grated). to taste
- I processed everything together until the bacon was finely ground.
- Place half of the dough in a refractory, fill and taste (I used olives, cottage cheese, mozzarella and chopped tomato)
- Preheated oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes (without aluminum foil), the secret is to leave it until dry.
- Decorated with Syrian curd and mint.
