- Chia1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon powder1 teaspoon
- Sugar-free chocolate milk (I used Essential)1 tablespoon
- Xylitol1 tablespoon
- Handful of raisins1 to taste
- Crushed Brazil nuts50 g
- Baking powder1 teaspoon
- Syrup: fresh cream2 tablespoon
- Syrup: unsweetened chocolate (I used Essential)2 tablespoon
- In the mixer, mix the egg, almond flour, psyllium, chia, cinnamon powder, chocolate, xylitol, and yeast and beat for 6 minutes.
- Place in a bowl and add the raisins and chestnuts.
- Pour in a shape and take it to the oven for 10 minutes preheated to 180°
- Syrup: take it to low fire and mix until it gets uniform and thickens and put it on the cupcake.
