Ingredients

Boiled and mashed potatoes4 cup
Whole milk1/2 cup
Braised and seasoned ground beef2 cup
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese1 cup
Tomato sauce1/2 cup
Chopped green onion1/4 cup
Sea Salt to taste

Mix the ground beef with the sauce and set aside.
Mix the milk with the potato, add the chives and salt until you get a homogeneous mass.
In a container that goes into the oven, place half of the potato mass, the ground beef on top, then distribute the cheese and cover with the remaining potato.
Take to preheated oven 220ºC to bake for about 15-20 minutes.
