- Ground Duckling400 g

- Garlic cloves2 unit(s)
- Milk1/4 cup
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese3 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Green smell to taste
- Mozzarella100 g
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes. Take to cook until they are very soft.
- Meanwhile, heat the oil and sauté the finely chopped onion and garlic. Add the ground beef, season with salt and pepper and sauté. At the end, add the green smell.
- Drain the water from the potatoes and mash them well. Season with salt and add the butter or margarine. Mix well until all butter melts. Gradually add the milk until it reaches a puree consistency.
- On a platter, place half of the mashed potatoes. Stuff with ground beef and mozzarella. Cover with the rest of the puree and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Tip: you can use bakeable cottage cheese instead of mozzarella in the stuffing!
