- Oil1.5 cup
- Whole milk1.5 cup
- Wheat Flour3 cup
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Sweet paprika1 dessert spoon
- Black Sesame to taste
- Braised and seasoned ground beef4 cup
- Corn1 cup
- Fresh peas3/4 cup
- Blend the wheat with the milk, oil, salt, paprika and eggs in a blender until obtaining a homogeneous mass.
- In a container mix the meat with the corn and the peas, set aside.
- Grease a large mold of about 30x20cm and pour half the dough.
- Distribute the meat evenly over all the dough and cover with the rest of the dough.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over the pie and place in a preheated oven at 160ÂșC to bake for about 1 hour and 20 minutes (do the toothpick test).
