- Oat bran2 cup
- Xylitol3 tablespoon
- Coconut oil2 tablespoon
- Skimmed milk5 tablespoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Baking powder1 teaspoon
- Blackberries to taste
- Mix 1 cup of oat bran, 1 tablespoon of xylitol and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, until it becomes a raw farofinha. Reserve;
- In a bowl, mix the remaining oat bran, xylitol and coconut oil. Also add the egg, milk and yeast. Mix well;
- In a mini greased shape with a hole in the middle (or in a small glass refractory), place the dough mixture.
- Place the blackberries on top of the dough;
- Cover with the farofinha that was reserved;
- Take the airfryer, 180°, for 20 minutes, but always looking and sticking a toothpick, until the toothpick comes out dry, but that it is golden on top.
