- Coconut milk0.5 cup

- Wheat Flour2.5 cup
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Vanilla Essence1 teaspoon

- Chocolate powder (50%)0.5 cup
- Baking soda0.5 teaspoon
- Shredded Coconut0.5 cup
- For topping: dark chocolate2 cup
- Sour cream1.25 cup
- Shredded Coconut1 cup
- With a wire whisk, beat the eggs, butter at room temperature and sugar until light cream. Add the milk, coconut milk, salt and vanilla essence. Add the sifted flour and finally the yeast.
- Divide the dough into two equal parts. In one of them add the chocolate powder. And in the other the grated coconut.
- Unite a round shape with a scoop in the middle with butter and wheat flour. Transfer the coconut dough to that shape and then pour the chocolate over it. Lightly pass a spoon in the middle to merge the two masses. Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 45 minutes.
- To the roof Chop and melt the chocolate in the microwave, melt every 30 seconds, stirring between intervals to avoid burning. Add the cream and mix. Cover the cake with the frosting and finish with the grated coconut.
