- Maizena1 tablespoon
- Milk powder1/2 cup
- White chocolate200 g

- Emulsifier1 tablespoon
- First, in a mixer, beat the eggs and sugar for approximately 10 minutes at maximum speed, with the mixer still beating, add the milk and let it beat for a few more minutes.
- Soon after, turn off the mixer and add the wheat flour and baking soda, mix delicately with a whisk.
- Then, pour the dough on a greased shape with margarine and flour and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes or until it is baked.
- Meanwhile, in a pan, place the filling milk and the starch, mix until the starch is completely dissolved, then add the condensed milk and powdered milk, bring to a medium heat and stir constantly until it thickens.
- Soon after, turn off the fire and add the white chocolate and milk cream, mix until the chocolate melts completely, then reserve the filling.
- Then, in a mixer, put the condensed milk and the cream, beat on high speed for almost 10 minutes and then add the emulsifier, let it beat until you reach the whipped cream point.
- When the filling is cool, chop the strawberries and add to the filling, setting aside some for decoration.
- Finally, when the cake is already baked and cold, make 2 cuts and moisten the cake, put the desired amount of filling.
- Then cover the cake with condensed milk whipped cream and finish with strawberries, refrigerate for 5 hours before serving. Enjoy your food!
