- 2-whole eggs, 2-col of oats and 1-strand of olive oil, 1-small grated carrot and 1-small grated beet2 tablespoon
- In the plastic bowl add the eggs beats with a bottle. Add the oats and grated greens. On low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil. Stir omelet add the pan until golden on one side and the other...then throw some oregano and serve....
