- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour1/2 cup
- Milk1/2 cup
- Salt, Black Pepper and Oregano to taste
- Cut the mozzarella, tomato and onion into cubes. The grate carrot. In a bowl put all the ingredients, except the catupiry and mix well.
- In a greased shape put all the mixture from the bowl and now put the catupiry on top and bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
