- Preparation mode Pasta Mix the flour, the butter and the egg, make a content under the mold and take it to the oven for 10 minutes.
- Mousse Hydrate the gelatin, and beat the condensed milk, milk creams and juice in a blender, along with the gelatin, leave in a container in the fridge for 1 hour and 30 minutes
- With the firm mousse put it in the mold and surround it with the biscuits.
- Make the syrup by putting the sugar, passion fruit and water, turn it off and set aside
- Put it on top to finish with the syrup and leave it in the fridge until serving. Unmold and ready
