- Butter (cold)200 g
- Wheat flour4 cup
- Salt (I added 3 pinches)1 to taste
- Gem1 unit(s)
- Mix all the ingredients and finally the yolk. Knead until the dough is smooth. Place on cling film and leave for 20 minutes in the fridge. Then just put it in the molds and brush with yolk if you want. Preheated oven for about 30 to 35 minutes at 180•C.
- Note: if necessary you can add a spoon of water to make the dough smooth.
- The stuffing can be whatever you prefer, this one was shredded chicken with cottage cheese!
- My shapes are big, if you used small shapes it will yield much more! 😉
