- Potato1/2 kg
- Butter or margarine1 tablespoon
- Sour cream or milk2 tablespoon
- Diced pepperoni2 unit(s)
- Chopped bell pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Green smell to taste
- Salt to taste
- Mozzarella cheese100 g
- Remove the skin from the potatoes and cut into smaller sizes. Cook in salted water until soft. Drain from the water and while still hot, add cream and butter. Mash (with a fork) the potato until it becomes a puree.
- Fry the pepperoni in the very fat that comes out of it. Add onion and bell pepper, sauté well for about 3 min. Turn off the fire, put the chopped green smell and stir.
- On a platter, place the pepperoni stuffing, cover with the mashed potatoes and finish with cheese.
- Bake the cheese in the oven for 15 minutes at 220°C. Ready!!
