- Oil1 cup
- Whole milk1 cup
- Wheat flour3 cup
- Grated Parmesan Cheese1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Pepperoni (segment)1 cup
- Canned corn1/2 can(s)
- Seasonings (tomato, onion, pepper, parsley) to taste
- Start by chopping the pepperoni.
- Then fry (no need to add oil, because the pepperoni already releases fat).
- Add the onion, tomato and pepper and leave for another 5 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and set aside.
- In a blender, beat the eggs with the oil and milk first.
- Add the flour little by little.
- Add half of the grated cheese, salt and, lastly, the yeast (do not beat much).
- In a greased and floured pan, pour half of the dough.
- Stuff with the pepperoni and put the corn.
- Pour the other half of the dough, sprinkle the rest of the grated cheese on top and parsley.
- Bake in a high oven until golden.
