- French Bread cut into slices2 unit(s)
- Pepperoni slice cut into cubes1 unit(s)
- Chopped small onion1/2 unit(s)
- Canned peeled tomato1 unit(s)
- Mozzarella slices8 unit(s)
- egg1 unit(s)
- Milk4 tablespoon
- Oregano, salt, pepper and olive oil to taste
- Mix the pepperoni (raw) with the onion. Season with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano. Reserve. ⠀
- Grease a refractory with oil and line with the slices of bread. Spread the chopped peeled tomato (or the sauce) on top then add the reserved pepperoni and onion mixture. ⠀
- Beat the egg as if you were going to make an omelet. Add the milk, a pinch of salt and mix well. Spread this mixture over everything. It will go down and penetrate the bread.
- Cover with the slices of cheese, put a little oregano on top and take it to the oven preheated to 200º for about 15 to 20 minutes. Keep an eye on it, if it starts to brown you turn it off.
