- Wheat Flour4 cup
- Oil1 cup
- Whole milk1 cup
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Grated or chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Ground Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Packet of tomato sauce (pomarola)1 unit(s)
- Peach-palm glass1 unit(s)
- Chopped Green Olives1 cup
- Oregano to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Wheat Flour6 tablespoon
- Heart of palm glass water1 unit(s)
- Egg yolk for brushing on the dough1 unit(s)
- Extra virgin olive oil4 tablespoon
- Start by making the dough: In a large bowl place the wheat flour, oil, milk, salt to taste and mix well
- Add the baking powder and with your hands knead everything until you form a homogeneous mass that releases from your hands (add more flour if necessary)
- Place a little flour on a clean, dry surface and roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
- Grease a round mold with a removable base with a little butter and flour.
- Put the dough in the mold and hit the dough on the bottom and sides, reserve part of the dough to close the top of the pie after you add the stuffing đ
- Make the stuffing: In a pan add the olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until golden
- Very important: Remove the water from the hearts of palm and reserve (do not discard)
- Cut the heart of palm into pieces and place in the pan to sauté with the onion, garlic and chopped green olives
- Add the tomato sauce and sauté, leave it on a low heat and proceed with the next step:
- In a bowl, mix the heart of palm water with 6 tablespoons of wheat flour
- Take this mixture to the pan and stir everything well until it disgraces from the bottom of the pan.
- Turn off the heat and season with oregano and parsley to taste.
- Wait for the filling to cool completely and place it inside the pie.
- Close the top of the pie with the dough you reserved.
- Brush egg yolk to make it golden
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 to 40 minutes or until golden.
- Serve then đđ€€
- Tip: You can stuff it with chicken with catupiry, tuna .... this dough goes with several fillings đ
